Visible Mending Skills

Service Description

This is a technique class where you will learn how to use different stitches and mending styles to repair a variety of tears, rips, & stains. We will not be mending clothing in class but learning the techniques. We will use a patch of denim to learn the stitches and designs. Materials supplied: embroidery hoop, embroidery needles, embroidery floss, fabric patches, and practice cloth. **You are welcome to bring in an article of clothing which has a hole or stain and we can advise you on how to repair it at home.**
