Local Collaborations
We have collaborated with several local organizations to work together to make handmade items for others.

The Regula Center is home to a variety of opportunities that allow students to prepare for careers in public service, get involved in the community, and learn about the importance of civic engagement. During the Fall and Spring Semester, a Sew4Service teacher works with students on Thursdays to sew a variety of items for others. Students receive service hours while learning to use a sewing machine.
We support the Stark County Red Cross Quilting Group with supplies so they can continue to make quilts for families that have experienced a house fire. This group has been meeting weekly for many years and we are happy to provide them with fabric and quilt tops.
Stewart's Caring Place: Aunt Susie's Cancer Wellness Center was created to help the whole family get through this time of not knowing what will happen next. We share charity kits with the sewing group that meets monthly to make items specific for cancer patients.
