Sewing Skills Class

Learn new sewing skills while making fun projects to take home.


Service Description

Sewing Skills Class. This class is open to people of all ages and experience levels. You will work at your own pace on a variety of projects designed to help you learn basic sewing skills. Our teachers have designed a curriculum for you to follow, progressing through a variety of skills that can be used in many sewing projects. This curriculum covers using your sewing machine, different stitches, zippers, elastic, casings, buttons, drawstrings, following a pattern and more. Sewing Projects include: pillow, tote bag, drawstring bag, pillowcase, apron, skirt, pajama pants, zipper pouch, stuffed animal, poncho, and more. Come one time or every session, you work at your own pace. All supplies are included. Bring your own sewing machine or Rent One of our Machines for $10. Only 6 spots per session. Register in advance.

Cancellation Policy

There must be at least 2 people registered for a class, or the class may be canceled or rescheduled. The teacher will decide whether or not to cancel a class 48 hours before the class starts, and will notify those signed up if the class is canceled. If you signed up and paid for a class but have to cancel for any reason, you will receive a credit for a future class within 60 days. There are no refunds for classes. Contact the teacher when you are ready to reschedule or reschedule online.
