Photo / Media Release Policy

Sew4Service (“we,” “our,” or “us”) regularly photographs and records activities, classes, workshops, and special events to celebrate and promote our programs. This Photo & Media Release Policy explains how images and recordings may be used.
1. Purpose of Photography & Media
Photos, videos, and audio recordings may be taken during classes, workshops, open studios, service projects, and special events for purposes including:

Social media posts

Newsletters and email communications

Printed brochures and promotional materials

Grant applications and reports

Press releases and media coverage
Our goal is to highlight the creativity, community, and impact of our programs.
2. Consent to Use Images
By registering for or attending our classes, workshops, or events, participants grant [Your Organization Name] permission to photograph and/or record them and to use these images or recordings for promotional and educational purposes without compensation.

We will make reasonable efforts to honor opt-out requests.
5. Third-Party Media
From time to time, media outlets or partner organizations may attend events. We are not responsible for photographs or recordings taken by third parties; however, we will make reasonable efforts to inform participants if outside media will be present.
6. No Ownership Rights
Participants waive any right to inspect or approve final photographs, videos, or promotional materials and acknowledge that all media content is the property of [Your Organization Name].
