A Fiberologist™ is a Sew4Service educator who guides learners through the Fiberology experience by providing personalized instruction, encouragement, and hands-on support while helping each person build confidence and practical skills in sewing, quilting, fiber arts, mending, upcycling, and creative making.

Interested in Becoming a Sew4Service Fiberologist?

  • We are looking for people with fiber arts and teaching experience to teach in our Sewing Studios, Local Libraries or Lead a Charity Sewing Day in the following locations:

    • Euclid

    • Lakewood

    • Medina

    • Alliance

  • A strong candidate will have experience in:

    • Teaching

    • Fabric or Fiber Arts

    • Comfortable with Computers and Phone Apps

    • Strong Organizational and Communication Skills

    • Works well on a team

  • Training and Orientation

    • Will need to attend a Teacher Orientation and Evaluation

    • Will need to attend a Charity Sewing Event

    • Will need to volunteer in one of the chapters to learn about Sew4Service's programs
