Get ready to celebrate creativity, craftmanship, and community at Carnation Fiber Fest 2026!

Call for Presenters
Sew4Service, Rodman Public Library and The Alliance Commons invite you to submit a proposal to be a presenter during Carnation Fiber Fest, an inspiring event offering opportunities for fiber enthusiasts to learn new skills and techniques and explore innovative ways to create with fabric and fiber.
Location
The event will be held at both The Alliance Commons and Rodman Public Library on Saturday, November 14, 2026. The library is located at 215 E Broadway St, Alliance, OH 44601 and The Alliance Commons is located at 405 S. Linden Ave, Alliance, OH 44601.
You are invited to submit a proposal for either a 45-minute demonstration or a 2.25-hour workshop.
Multiple proposals are welcome.
Event Details

Demonstrations and workshops will be offered in both the morning and afternoon.

Class sizes can vary. Please indicate below the maximum number of participants that allows for one instructor to teach comfortably.

Stipends for Instructors: Demonstrations: $50, Workshops: $150, plus supplies.

The Library and Sew4Service can supply some sewing machines for use during your session.

Tables and chairs will be provided for all activities. Indicate any special supply needs below.

A Resource Room will be available throughout the day for those who wish to set up a display and share information about their business, classes, and services. This is a wonderful opportunity to engage with the Fiber Arts Community.
