Join your Creators Club Friends to Sew, Quilt, Crochet, Knit, Craft your personal projects in the beautiful surroundings of Bellwether Farms. Spend 4-days and 3-nights away from your routine to relax, craft, and enjoy the company of other Creators Club Members. Bring a friend and make new ones. All meals are provided by an onsite chef using many ingredients grown on the farm.

Friday May 29 - Check in 10am

Monday June 1 - Check out 10am, Sewing Room Open until 4pm

Shuttle To and From the Parking Lot will be Available

(If you come after or leave before these times, you will need to transport your items from your car to the meeting rooms. Bring a wagon!)

Price

$565 per person for 3-night Double Occupancy

$680 per person for 3-night Single Occupancy

$385 per person for 2-night Double Occupancy (Fri 4pm - Sun 4pm)

$460 per person for 2-night Single Occupancy (Fri 4pm - Sun 4pm)

Double Occupancy - 2 Extra Long Twin Beds - Private Bath

Each retreat room is climate controlled and linens and towels are provided. All buildings and rooms meet ADA standards, and some rooms are specifically wheel-chair accessible. 

Hot Breakfast 8am, Lunch 12pm, Dinner 6pm

Coffee, Tea, Water available all day

Meeting Room - Every Person will have their own table

Shared Cutting Station and Ironing Station Provided

Farm Tour and Feeding Animals, Friday 4pm

Campfire with S'mores, Saturday 8pm

Bellwether Farm offers brand new facilities featuring and modeling green technology, renewable energy, and water reclamation systems. The natural and pastoral settings provide picturesque views and activity opportunities year round.

Deposit and Payments

Make a $100 deposit to hold your spot.

You can make multiple payments if preferred.

The deposit and all payments are refundable until February 15, 2026.

Final Payment is Due February 20, 2026
